The queen of Kanindo music, Shantel Sithole is set to ignite the entertainment fraternity with a ten-track offering titled hard talk which she described as a new taste that has never been experienced before.
Speaking ahead of the official launch of the album on 22 June, Sithole said that everything was in place and some local renowned musicians have been featured on this latest offering including Dorcas Moyo, Mai TT, Leonard Zhakata, Andy Muridzo Chipo, and Terry G among others.
“Expect something massive, we worked very hard and put every aspect together so I am promising great enchantment. Ladies and gentlemen, the art and composition on this album is so amazing. I collaborated with various artists to give fans diversity and a well-spiced album. Let’s gather and support our own, Kanindo music to the world,” said Sithole.
She highlighted the message in this album as an encouragement to address issues right away while remaining persistent and focused despite stumbling negative forces from the enemies hence inspiring the title of the album.
“In life, we need to address issues straight away. The message in this album is about keeping focused, determined, and persistent although the enemy tries to pull us back. For example, a track titled ‘ka dance kesvoto’. Some of the tracks are related to everyday real-life experiences,” she added.
Sithole has been on the scene with tracks such as “Torasa Muswe” and Sorry among others.
The official launch is expected to take place on 22 June at Rainbow Towers VIP Lounge from 1800hrs to 2200hrs.
