I would like to share my personal experience from my interaction with Manyara Irene Muyenziwa, the President of the Freedom of Rights Under Sovereign (FORUS) Party whose dedication and love for the people of and development of Zimbabwe is undoubted.
I will make reference to Jeremiah 7: 5-8 below:
5 “For if you thoroughly amend your ways and your doings, if you thoroughly execute [a]judgment between a man and his neighbor, 6 if you do not oppress the stranger, the fatherless, and the widow, and do not shed innocent blood in this place, or walk after other gods to your hurt, 7 then I will cause you to dwell in this place, in the land that I gave to your fathers forever and ever.
8 “Behold, you trust in lying words that cannot profit.
In a similar way, the Lord God will be merciful to the people of Zimbabwe only if they stop evil thoughts of corruption, economic mismanagement, and segregation on political proximity.
Zimbabweans should stop lying by giving empty promises, especially by career politicians. They should stop other evil deeds and start to treat each other with justice, equality in distribution of economic resources, respect through service delivery, and accountability.
I have observed that love is a common trait of women’s leadership.
The leadership should allow our citizens in the diaspora to participate in affairs of their country including voting, empowering disabled members of the community, orphans, and the youth.
Empowerment programmes should cascade to our women and widows. The leadership should stop murdering people’s hopes and stealing the future for incoming generations.
Leadership should stop harming the nation of Zimbabwe through worshipping idols and living in the past where it continuously preaches only the liberation struggles history without proffering solutions for the future.
Then Lord God will let us stay in this land that He gave to our ancestors to keep forever. Zimbabwe is For You and Me, Zimbabwe is FOR US
FORUS President, Manyara Irene Muyenziwa has pure love for Zimbabwe with no conditions or boundaries. Manyara Irene Muyenziwa is a selfless Mother Zimbabwe who doesn’t restrain herself or hold back when it comes to empowering the disabled members of the community, orphans, women, youths, and vulnerable members of the community. Her love is pure with no conditions, limits, and boundaries like in Luke 21vs1-4 & Psalms 85vs 10-13
