Zambian International Preacher Dr Prophet DD Isaac has made international headlines after challenging African leaders to embrace generational renewal.
Speaking at an over subscribed Cross over night in Chawama Grounds Lusaka Zambia Dr Isaac said ” Zambia and Africa need Generational Renewal. There is a wave of regional Youth Activism an awakening of the youth and young people are going to take over leadership.”
He added that “Africa was liberated by young people and the youth are rising. The winner of any election in Southern Africa, going forward will need to enter into a social contract with the young people of Africa what do I mean, if a minister is an old person the deputy must be a youth, if the president is an old person then the vice must be a youth.”
Dr Isaac stood firm on his message stating that ” Generational Renewal is here and politicians will not be able to stop it or fight.”
Speaking to Lusaka24 News, Dr. Energy Mutodi the Zimbabwean Deputy Minister of Information, Publicity and Broadcast Services agreed with Dr Isaac saying that President Mnangagwa in Zimbabwe had appointed 15 deputy ministers who were being groomed for leadership. Dr Mutodi applauded the statement by Dr DD Isaac.
Zambian youths who attended the crossover service dubbed the Night of New Beginning were excited by the Prophetic declaration of a youth takeover and they said they were excited to be part of Zambia and Africa’s future.
